| 摘 要： | 目的:对无花果叶提取物的镇静、催眠及抗惊厥作用进行研究。方法:灌胃给予无花果叶提取物,观察其对小鼠自主活动的影响,协同戊巴比妥钠对小鼠的催眠作用以及对抗尼可刹米所致的小鼠惊厥反应的影响。结果:无花果叶提取物能显著减少小鼠自主活动次数,增加阈下剂量戊巴比妥钠致小鼠入睡的只数,延长阈上剂量戊巴比妥钠致小鼠睡眠时间,减少惊厥小鼠的死亡只数。结论:无花果叶提取物具有良好的镇静、催眠作用和抗惊厥作用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the sedative and hypnotic effects of the water extract from Ficus Carica leaves.Methods: Sedative and hypnotic as well as anticonvulsant experiments were made to observe the effects of the extract of Ficus Carica leaves on spontaneous motion and hypnosis in mice.Results: The results showed that the extract of Ficus Carica leaves could markedly inhibit spontaneous motion,increase the sleeping mouse number by pentobarbital sodium(subthreshold dosage) and prolong the sleeping time of pentobarbital sodium(superthreshold dosage).It can also reduce the dead number of convulsive mice.Conclusion: The extract of Ficus Carica leaves possesses obvious sedative and hypnotic effects. |
