| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨氧化苦参碱治疗癫痫的作用。方法：以大鼠腹腔注射青霉素800万U／kg制作癫痫模型．以苯巴比妥钠作阳性对照，观察氧化苦参碱的药理作用。结果：氧化苦参碱高、中、低剂量均可延长癫痫大鼠惊厥潜伏期，高剂量组明显减轻大鼠痫样发作程度；高、中剂量氧化苦参碱对大鼠皮层脑电图有明显改善；氧化苦参碱高、中剂量组能降低癫痫大鼠脑中MDA的含量，3组均可提高SOD的活性。结论：氧化苦参碱具有一定的抗癫痫作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the effect of oxymatrine in treating epilepsy.Method:8 million U/kg penicillin was injected into the abdominal cavity of rats to make the animal model of epilepsy.The effect of oxymatrine was observed.And rats treated with sodium ethylphenylbarbiturate were set up as the control group.Result:High,middle and low dosage of oxymatrine could prolong the latent of convulsion of rats with epilepsy.High dosage could alleviate the severity of epilepsy.High and middle dosage could change the cerebral cortex EEG of rats notablely.High and middle dosage could lower the content of MDA in rat brain.And all of the three dosage could enhance the activity of SOD.Conclusion:Oxymatrine has the effect of treating epilepsy. |
