| 摘 要： | 目的 观察狗肝菜多糖对D-半乳糖胺所致大鼠急性肝损伤的影响.方法 建立D-半乳糖胺(D-GalN)诱发的大鼠急性肝损伤模型,不同浓度狗肝菜多糖干预后,测定动物血清ALT、AST.肝组织常规制片及HE染色观察组织病理学改变.结果 狗肝菜多糖能使肝损伤动物血清ALT、AST水平显著降低.组织病理学检测发现狗肝菜多糖处理后肝组织损害程度降低 .结论 狗肝菜多糖对D-半乳糖胺所致大鼠急性肝损伤具有保护作用. |
