HPLC法测定依托度酸双层片中主药的含量

目的:建立以高效液相色谱法测定依托度酸双层片中主药含量的方法.方法:以C18色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-乙腈-5%磷酸水溶液(60:20:20),检测波长为274 nm,流速为1 mL·min-1,柱温为30 ℃,进样量是20μl.结果:依托度酸在5.62～33.72μg/ml(r=0.9992)浓度范围内有良好的线性关系,平均回收率为99.98%,RSD=1.04%.结论:本方法简便、准确、专属性强,可用于该制剂的质量控制.

Determination of content of etodolac in Etodolac Double-Layer Tablets by HPLC

Objective：To establish a method for the determination of etodolac in Etodolac Double-Layer Tablets.Methods：HPLC was performed on a C18 column using methanol-acetonitrile-5%phosphoric acid（60：20：20） as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1mL·min^-1.The detection wavelength was at 277 nm.The column temperature was 30 ℃ and the sample size was 20 μl.Results：The linear range of captopril was 5.62～33.72 μg/mL（r=0.9992）,the average recovery was 99.98%（RSD=1.04%）.Conclusion：The method is simple,accurate and special,which can be used for the quality control of etodolac double-layer tablets.
