电刺激与损毁兔中脑导水管周围灰质不同部位对皮层牙髓诱发电位及其针刺抑制效应的影响

摘    要:以电刺激牙髓引起兔皮层体感区诱发电位作为痛反应指标,观察中脑导水管周围灰质(PAG)不同部位对痛反应及针刺镇痛的影响。实验结果表明,电刺激PAG外侧区或腹侧区,均引起诱发电位的抑制,且以在腹侧区的作用最显著,刺激背侧区则未见明显影响。在损毁PAG腹侧区后,电针对皮层诱发电位的抑制作用显著减弱或消失,而损毁外侧区及背侧区后,电针的抑制作用未见明显变化。。

Abstract:The present work was carried out on 26 rabbits. Cortical somatosensory potentials evoked by tooth pulp stimulation were recorded to examine the analgesic effect of stimulating different areas of the PAG. The result was that the evoked potentials were significantly depressed by stimulating the lateral or ventral areas of the PAG. But the stronger inhibition was produced by stimulating the ventral area. When the dorsal area of the PAG was electrically stimulated, the cortical evoked potentials were not significantly affected.The inhibition on cortical evoked potentials by acupuncture was abolished or significantly decreased after injury of the ventral area of the PAG. But there was no significant change after injury of the lateral and dorsal areas.The result suggests that the inhibitory action of PAG stimulation and acupuncture upon cortical evoked potentials by tooth pulp stimulation is mainly related to the ventral area of PAG.
