| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨大学生应对方式与心理健康的关系.方法： 对临沂师院的216名大学生采用症状自评量表SCL-90、应对方式问卷进行调查.结果：自责与焦虑、抑郁、幻想与强迫、人际关系敏感、合理化与躯体化、人际关系敏感呈显著相关（P〈0.05）,幻想与焦虑、抑郁、敌对及精神病性、合理化与敌对、焦虑、精神病性呈极显著相关（P〈0.01）.结论：大学生更多的使用不成熟或混合型应对方式,其心理健康状况与应对方式密切相关

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the mental health and coping style of college students.Methods:216 college students of Linyi Normal University were tested by Scl-90 and Coping Style Questionnaire.Results: There was positive correlation between:self-blame and anxiety,depression;fanstasy and obsessive-compulsive,interpersonal sensitivity(p<0.05).There was positive correlation between:fantasy and anxiety,depression,hostility,psychoticism;'rationalization and hostility,anxiety,psychoticism(p<0.01).Conclusions: College students mostly used the coping style of unmature or mixed.There was close relationship between mental health and coping style of college students. |
