| 摘 要： | 评价Kss系统在脊桂胸腰椎的应用效果；方法：对我科自2005年6月-2008年6月将Kss利用于脊柱胸腰椎的病人作回顾性分析，包括病人手术后脊柱生理序列的恢复情况以及生理序列的维持情况；结果：所有病人脊柱生理序列恢复较好，而且生理序列丢失不明显；结论：Kss椎弓根钉棒系统有其它椎弓根钉棒系统没有的优点，它结构简单容易操作的特点能对脊柱施行三维矫形。

| Abstract: | This paper aims to assess the application effect of Kss system in Rachis Thoracolumbar Junction （RTJ）. Method： Retrospective analysis of Kss system used in patients＂ RTJ from June 2005 to 2008, including restorative and maintaining condition of rachis physiological sequence （RPS） after operation. Result： All patients＇RPS restores well and no obvious loss. Conclusion： Kss system is simple in structure and easy to operate, which can conduct three -dimensional orthopedic to rachis. |
