护理干预对胸腰椎骨折后腹胀的探讨

目的探讨早期综合护理干预对胸腰椎骨折后腹胀的效果。方法将70例胸腰椎骨折患者随机分组,观察组32例,采用入院行综合护理,包括正确评估患者病情、饮食护理、娱乐疗法、腹部按摩等。对照组38例行常规护理。对两组患者腹胀及由腹胀引起的不适症状发生率行对照研究。结果观察组与对照组上述各种症状的发生率差异有明显的统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期有效预见性的综合护理干预,可减少腹胀的发生率,最大限度减轻腹胀程度,从而减轻患者的痛苦。

Nursing Intervention on Abdominal Distension Caused by Thoracolumbar Fractures

Objective To discuss the effect of the early integrated care intervention on distension caused by the thoracolumbar fractures.Methods 70 cases of the thoracolumbar fracture patients were randomly divided into observation group of 32 cases,who were integratedly cared in hospital,such as the correct assessment of patients,food care,recreational therapy,abdominal massage and so on,and the control group of 38 cases,who were conventionally cared.And then the distension and the frequency of the uncomfortable symptoms caused by distension were comparatively studied in the two groups.Results There was obviously statistical significance of the frequency differences of all the symptoms above between the observation group and the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion The early integrated nursing intervention,which is effective and predictable,can reduce the probability of occurrence and the degree of the distension in the maximum,thus ease the pain of patients.
