呋喃唑酮与甲氰咪胍治疗消化性溃疡的近期疗效观察

本文将我院1984年6月～1985年7月经纤维胃镜检查、活组织病理切片排除恶性溃疡的50例消化性溃疡患者,随机分为两组。分别用呋喃唑酮和甲氰咪胍治疗一个疗程后,第一周到第二周内再次纤维胃镜复查比较其疗效,发现呋喃唑酮比甲氰咪胍对各类溃疡的总治愈率高,尤以胃溃疡显著,且呋喃唑酮较甲氰咪胍疗程短。两种药物均无严重副作用。

SHORT-TERM OBSERVATION ON THE TREATMENT OF PEPTIC-ULCER USING FURAZOLIDONE AND CIMETIDINE

Fifty patients with peptic-ulcer, which were confirmed and ruled out the Possibility of maligament ulcer by fibreoptic endosopy and biopsy, were divided into two grouds randomizely and were frcated with Furazolidone and Cimetidine respectively from June of 1984 to July of 1985 in our hospital. All Patients were rechecked by fibreoptic endoscopy in one to two weeks after one Period of treatment in order to compare the curative effects. The total cure rate was higher in the Furazolidone group than in the Cimetidine group in all types of ulcer (esp in gastric ulcer) and the Period of treatment in the Furazolidone group was shorter than which in the Cimetidine group. Both drugs have no serious side-effect.
