胺碘酮治疗心律失常临床疗效

目的；评价小剂量胺碘酮抗心律失常的长期疗效及安全性。方法：本文采用前瞻性及回顾性分析，根据151例病人心电图及动态心电图确诊心律失常模型，并随机分为治疗组（胺碘酮组）70例，对照组（心律平组）85例，治疗3－12月，按全国统一标准评价临床疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率85．71％，显效率57．14％（40／70例），有效率28．57％（20／70例），副反应率14．29％（10／70例）。对照组总有效率47．06％，显效率17．65％（15／85例），有效率29．41％（25／85例），副反应率17．65％。治疗组疗效明显优于对照组，P＜0．05。结论：小剂量胺碘酮对不同病因引起的心律失常的控制较心律平更为安全有效。

The effect of Amiodaronum in the treatmeat of arrythmia.

Objective Evaluate the long time effect and safety of small dose amiodaronum in the treatment of arrythmia.Methods The prospective and ratrospective analysis was used and 150 cases who were confirmed diagnoses of arythmia by ECG and Holter were divided into treatment group (amiodaronum group,70 cases) and contrast group (propafenone group,85 cases).The two group were treated for 3 to 12 months and evaluated by the national standard).Results In the treatment group,the total effective rate,apparent effective rate and the effective rate were 85.71%,57.14%(40 in 70 cases)and 28.57%(20 in 70 cases )respectively.The side effect rate was 14.29%(10 in 70 cases).In contrast group,the total effective rate,apparent effective rate and the effective rate were 47.06%,17.65%(15 in 85 cases) and 29.41% (25 in 85 cases) respectively,The side effect rate was 17.65%(15 in 85 cases).The effects in treatment group were higher than the contrast group, P <0.05.Conclusion Amiodarone is more effective and safe than propafenone in the control of different causes of arrythmia.
