参麦注射液在恶性肿瘤患者化疗中作用的临床观察

目的探讨参麦注射液在恶性肿瘤患者化疗中的抗肿瘤作用和对肿瘤化疗的增效减毒作用。方法把101例患者随机分为两组,试验组（n=51）用化疗药物加参麦注射液,对照组（n=50）仅用化疗药物。结果试验组与对照组比较,试验组不良反应的发生率明显降低。且试验组除两位患者因自身状况停止化疗,其余如期完成化疗全过程,占96%,而对照组仅15%完成化疗全过程。结论在化疗同时加用参麦注射液,能增强肿瘤患者机体免疫功能,增强化疗药物疗效,减少化疗药物毒副反应。

Efficiency attenuated Shenmai injection clinical observation acting on in patient chemotherapy in cancer

Conclusion In the chemotherapy, if Shenmai injection is added, it can enhance the immune function in patients with tumor, and can enhance the efficacy of chemotherapy drugs to reduce the toxicity of chemotherapy drugs.
