两种新型人冠状病毒HCoV-NL63和HCoV-HKU1的研究进展

人类冠状病毒NL63(HCoV-NL63)和HCoV-HKU1是近年新发现的两种与呼吸道疾病有关的病毒。二者均属于单股正链RNA,分属于冠状病毒1群和2群。HCoV-NL63感染有季节性,主要在冬春季,会加重哮喘患者的症状,与喉气管炎和川崎病有关。HCoV-HKU1发病高峰在晚秋、冬季发病率低,感染患儿惊厥、热性癫痫的发生率相对较高。目前HCoV-NL63和HCoV-HKU1感染的检测方法多用普通聚合酶链反应、荧光定量聚合酶链反应等。

Research Progress in Novel Human Coronavirus NL63 and Human Coronavirus HKU1

Human coronavirus NL63(HCoV-NL63)and human coronavirus HKU1,(HCoV-HKU1)are two new respiratory coronavirus,identified by scientists in recent years.Both of them are positive-strand RNA viruses,belonging to group 1 and group 2 coronaviruses respectively.The infection of HCoV-NL63 is seasonal,mainly in winter and spring.The infection of HCoV-NL63 can cause asthma-like symptom,associated with Kawasaki disease and bronchitis.HCoV-HKU1 has a low incidence,often found in late autumn and winter.Children infected with HCoV-HKU1 are prone to convulsion and febrile seizures.Currently,RT-PCR and real-time PCR are main methods to detect HCoV-NL63 and HCoV-HKU1.
