| 摘 要： | 胆管结石是世界范围内的常见病、多发病,其发病率呈上升趋势.近些年来,人们认识到括约肌运动障碍在胆管结石发病过程中扮演重要角色.NO、CCK、VW及其相互作用对括约肌功能及胆汁排出起调节作用.有必要对这些因素进行深入研究,以探讨胆管结石的病因并对其治疗提供帮助.

| Abstract: | Bile duct stone is the common and frequently-occurring disease, its incidence upwards trend. In recent years, people realize that Oddi sphincter movement disorders play an important role in the inci-dence of bile duct stones. NO, CCK, VIP and theie interactian have effects on sphincter function and dis-charged from the regulation of bile. These factors are necessary to conduct an in-depth study to investigate the cause of bile duct stone and its treatment. |
