| 摘 要： | 武警部队基层卫生机构承担着部队的预防、医疗、保健以及反恐处突卫勤保障等任务,直接关系到官兵的身心健康及生命安全,任务十分艰巨,建设一支高素质的卫生干部队伍显得尤为重要.本文分析武警某部基层卫生干部队伍存在的问题,以及由此导致对各项保障任务质量的影响,并针对存在问题提出了相应的对策.
