中西医结合治疗扩张型心肌病疗效观察

摘    要:目的:观察中西医结合治疗扩张型心肌病的临床疗效。方法:80 例扩张型心肌病患者随机分为2 组。治疗组(n= 40) 在原有洋地黄、利尿剂、扩血管药物治疗的基础上加用中医中药治疗。对照组(n= 40) 仅给洋地黄、利尿剂及扩血管药物治疗。结果:治疗组显效率,总有效率分别为60% 和92.5% ,显著高于对照组的35% 和75% ( P< 0.01 和P< 0.05)。中西医结合治疗后心脏彩超心功能参数显著改善( P< 0.01~0.05) ,死亡率明显下降( P<0 .05),未见严重的不良反应。结论:中西医结合治疗扩张型心肌病临床疗效明显优于单纯用西药治疗。

Abstract:Purpose:To observe the therapeutic effects of the combination of chinese traditional and western medicines on dilated cardiomyopathy(DCM).Methods:80 cases of DCM were divided into 2 groups.Treatment group( n =40) was treated with chinese traditional medicine on the basis of digitalis,diuretic and vasodilator; control group( n =40) was treated with digitalis, diuretic and vasodilator only.Results:The obvious effective rate and total effective rate were 60%and 92.5%respectively in treatment group,and they were significantly higher than those(35%and 75%)of control group ( P <0.05).At the same time,cardiac functions were improved( P <0.05),mortality rate decreased ( P <0.05)and no serious side effect was found.conclusion:Clinical therapeutic effect of DCM treated with the combination of chinese traditional and western medicines is better than that with western medicine only.
