HPV感染和CD44v7/8蛋白表达与宫颈癌关系的研究

目的:通过对宫颈癌组织中HPV感染与CD44v7／8蛋白表达关系研究,探讨它们在宫颈癌发病中的作用。方法:采用原位杂交方法检测59例宫颈癌,18例尖锐湿疣和18例慢性宫颈炎组织中HPV的阳性率。用免疫组化的方法测定上述组织中CD44v7／8蛋白的表达情况。结果:HPV感染在宫颈癌、尖锐湿疣及慢性宫颈炎中的阳性率分别为59.32％,61.11％,11.11％,宫颈癌和尖锐湿疣中HPV感染阳性率均高于慢性宫颈炎,且有显著性差异(P<0.05),宫颈癌组与尖锐湿疣组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。三种疾病中CD44v7／8表达阳性率分别为76.27％,11.11％,11.11％,宫颈炎组及尖锐湿疣组比较无显著性差异。结论:HPV的感染是宫颈癌发生的原因之一,预防HPV感染对降低宫颈癌的发生率有重要意义。CD44v7／8蛋白的表达增强与宫颈癌的发生发展有关。

The study of the relationship between cervical cancer and the infection of HPV, the expression of CD44v7/8

Objective: We investgate the roli that the infection of HPV, the expression of CD44v7/8 has played in the utrine cervix by researching their relationship between them. Methods:The infection of HPV,the expression of CD44v7/8 in 59 cases with cervical cancer, 18 cases chronic cervicitis and 18 cases with ondyloma acuminatum were deleted by means of hybridization in stitu and in mmunohistochemical method, respectively. Results: The percentage of cases with expression of HPVin cervical cancer, condyloma acuminatun, and chronic cervicitis was 59.32%, 61.11% and 11.11%, respectively. The positive percentage with expression of HPVin cervical cancer and condyloma acuminatum was higher than that in chronic cervicitis, there was statistical significance. The positive rate with expression of HPV insquamous cell carcinoma of cervix and adenocarcinoma of cervix was 63. 04% and 53. 85% , respectively. There was no statistical difference between them. The positive rate with expression of CD44v7/ 8 protein in there kinds of diseases was 76. 27%,11.11% and 11.11%, respectively. It was more higher in cervical cancer than that in chronic cervicitis and condyloma acuminatum with statistical difference. Conclusion: Infection of HPV was one of the causes of cervical cancer. Prevention of HPV infection has acrucial signifivance in reducing morbidty rate of cervical cancer. The expression up-regulation of CD44v7/8 protein has something to do with genesis of cervical cancer.
