| 摘 要： | 目的观察复方丹参滴丸预防冠心病支架术后再狭窄的临床效果。方法80例成功接受冠脉内支架的冠心病患者随机分为对照组与治疗组,对照组给予常规疗法,治疗组在对照组基础上加用复方丹参滴丸。对2组患者随访观察6个月。结果对照组心绞痛等主要临床症状发生率高于治疗组,治疗组再狭窄发生率明显低于对照组。结论复方丹参滴丸对冠心病患者支架术后再狭窄有一定的预防作用。
