肥厚型和扩张型心肌病与血管紧张素转换酶基因多态性的关系

摘    要:目的:研究血管紧张素转换酶(ACE)基因I/D多态性与肥厚型心肌病(HCM)和扩张型心肌病(DCM)的关系。方法:应用聚合酶链反应检测56例原发性心肌病病人(HCMl3例,DCM43例)及53例正常对照者的ACE基因型。结果:DCM组ACE基因型DD型及D等位基因频率显著高于正常对照组(P<0.01),比值比分别为4.16,2.65。ACE基因型及等位基因构成比,HCM组与正常对照组比无显著差异。结论:ACE基因I/D多态性可能与扩张型心肌病有关,DD基因型可能是DCM的危险因子。

Abstract:Objective: Our aim was to determine the association between angiotensin converting enzyme gene polymorphism and hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) and dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM) among people of Han nationality in Liaoning province. Methods: The insertion/deletion (I/D) polymorphism of ACE gene was detected by using the poly-merase chain reaction in 56 patients with DCM or HCM and 53 healthy controls who were all Han nationality in Liaoning province. Results :The frequency of ACE DD genotype was higher in individuals with DCM (30. 2% ) than those in healthy controls (9. 4% , P < 0. 01 , odds ratio =4. 16). The frequency of the allele D was also higher than that in healthy control group (0. 512 vs 0. 283 , P < 0. 01 , odds ratio = 2. 65 ). No significant difference was found in the genotype distribution between HCM group and healthy control group. Conclusion: The I/D polymorphism of ACE gene may contribute to the path-ogenesis of dilated eardiomyopathy. The ACE DD genotype may be, the risk factor of DCM.
