| 摘 要： | 目的探讨中药肝胃舒合剂对肝癌患者肝动脉化疗栓塞术(TACE)后消化道反应及肝功能损害的治疗效果。方法将48例TACE后出现消化道反应及肝功能异常的肝癌患者随机分为胃复安组及肝胃舒组。两组均给予保肝、抗炎等对症处理,然后两组进行疗效对比。结果肝胃舒组给药后在缓解消化道反应、改善肝功能及降低甲胎蛋白方面均明显优于胃复安组。结论肝胃舒合剂治疗肝癌患者TACE后的消化道反应及肝功能损害效果显著,优于胃复安。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effect of Chinese herbs(Gan WeiShu)on protecting liver and immune function after TACE for hepatocellular carcinoma.Methods The48patients,which had digestive tract response and abnormal liver function after TACE,were randomly divided into control group(WeiFu,An)and survey group(Gan WeiShu).The control group was treated with WeiFuAn and survey group with Gan WeiShu.Results In the improvement of digestive tract response and liver function,and the decrease of AFP,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.01)between the two groups.Conclusion Chinese herbs(Gan WeiShu)can light impairment of liver function and digestive tract response after TACE |
