白芍醇提液抗炎镇痛作用研究

目的:观察白芍醇提液的抗炎镇痛作用。方法:抗炎作用采用小鼠耳肿胀法以及腹腔毛细血管渗透法,镇痛作用采用光热测痛法以及醋酸扭体法。结果:白芍醇提液对二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀以及醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增加均有一定的抑制作用,并能显著降低光热法致痛小鼠的痛阈值,延长醋酸致小鼠扭体反应潜伏期以及扭体次数。结论:白芍醇提液具有一定的抗炎镇痛作用。

Research of Alcohol Extract of Paeonia lactiflora Pall in Anti-inflammatory and Analgesic Effect

Objective： To observe anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect of the alcohol extract of paeonia lactiflora pall. Method： The anti-inflammatory action adopts Xyleneinduced mouse ear edema and Peritoneal permeability of capillary methods , analgesic effect adopts light-hot mensuration and acetic acid body-twisting methods. Result. The alcohol extract of paeonia lactiflora pall has the depressant effect on Xylene-induced mouse ear edema and acetic-acid-induced mouse abdominal capillary permeability increase, and can decrease the mouse＇s pain threshold obviously, prolong the reaction latency of mouse body-twisting incuced by acetic acid and the frequency. Conclusion： The alcohol extract of paeonia lactif!ora pall has the effert on anti-inflam- matory and analgesic.
