| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨新生儿先天性梅毒的流行病学特点和临床特点,观察其医院感染的防控效果.方法 采用目标性监测的方法 ,调查新生儿先天性梅毒患儿的一般情况和临床特征,并及时采取医院感染预防措施.结果 2006年1月～2009年4月,普通新生儿与先天性梅毒新生儿医院感染发病率分别是1.2%、14.3%,两组比较差异无统计学意义;先天性梅毒新生儿作为感染源未发生交叉感染.结论 早期采取有效的干预措施,可预防与控制新生儿先天性梅毒的医院感染.
