社会支持与造血干细胞移植患者心理健康相关性研究

目的探讨造血干细胞移植患者心理健康程度以及与社会支持的相关性。方法对75例造血干细胞移植患者采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和社会支持评定量表进行调查。结果造血干细胞移植患者的SCL-90在躯体化、抑郁、恐怖、焦虑4个方面症状明显,其心理健康程度与社会支持呈负相关。结论造血干细胞移植患者存在的心理问题应引起重视,他们需要更多的社会支持,心理护理不能忽视社会支持系统的作用。

Correlation study between mental health of patients suffering from hematopoietic stem cell transplantation and social supports

Objective To evaluate the correlation between social support and mental health with hematopoietic stem cell transplantation(HSCT).Methods Adopts self-quantity evaluation form on symptoms(SCL-90) and questionnaires on quantity social support to investigate 75 patients suffering from HSCT.Results There was negative correlation between mental health and social support,the result shows that four aspects,such as somatization,depression,terror and anxiousness,are obvious symptoms for patients suffering from HSCT from SCL-90.Conclusions Patients suffering from HSCT have relatively more mental problems,one should pay great attention to them and they need more supports from various circles of the society,So social supports system should not be ignored in the mental nursing.
