| Abstract: | The article suggests that favourable conditions for training and bringing up general practitioners exist in certain areas such as Shanghai,and there fore puts forward proposals as to how to set up and perfect the institutions and the system of education,amplify necessary rules and regulations,increase investment with materials,equipment, technology and human resources,for the promotion and acceleration of the undertaking of fostering general practitioners and rural health services. |
