| 摘 要： | 本文对广西兴安县城关镇4岁内婴幼儿采用整群抽样、逐步回归分析及非条件Logistic回归分析,对500w例14岁内婴幼儿进行了贫血影响因素分析。结果表明,4岁内婴幼儿总贫血率57.60％,以营养性贫血为主。主要影响因素为母亲产次和孕次、接产方式、孕用、孕期家庭内经常争吵、孕期夫妻两地分居等

| Abstract: | Methods of single factor analysis, stepwise regression and non-conditionalLogistic regression analysis were used to study affecting factors of anemia in children under the age of four years. The results showed that total morbidity of anemia was 57.60%, and main affecting factors were parity, times of pregnancy, delivery mode and gestation weeks of the child, regular quarrel of family members and parental separation during the pregnancy, etc. |
