| 摘 要： | 目的 :为探讨更适合急性缺血性脑梗死治疗的药物。方法 :应用随机双育对照观察了巴曲酶和胞二磷胆碱治疗急性缺血性脑梗死的疗效。结果 :两组患者治疗效果差异无显著性 (P>0 05) ,但巴曲酶应用后神经系统功能的缺失的改善更为明显 ,且副作用等少。结论 :巴曲酶在治疗急性缺血性脑梗死中比胞二磷胆碱更有效 ;治疗后患者的神经功能缺失更少 ,且无明显副作用

| Abstract: | Objective:In order to study the drugs more suited to treatment of acute ischemic cerebral infarction.Methods:The effects of batroxobin and citicoline for treating acute ischemic cerebral infarction were observed by random double blind controlled method.Results:The standard deviation was computed with statistics,the curative effects in both groups were pretty good(P>0 05) In the batroxobin group,the improvement of functional deletion of nervous system was more obvious,and the side effects and danger were less comparing with those in the citicoline group.Conclusion:Batroxobin is more effective for treating acute ischemic cerebral infarction comparing with citicoline.The functional delection in the batroxobin group is also less without side effects occurence. |
