阴沟肠杆菌的临床分布及耐药性分析

目的了解某院阴沟肠杆菌的分布及对常用抗菌药物的耐药性。方法对2002年11月~2005年10月间的各类标本进行分离培养,用“天地人”微生物分析系统生化试验卡鉴定,并用“天地人”微生物分析系统相配套的药敏试验卡进行药敏试验。结果127株阴沟肠杆菌主要分布在呼吸道、分泌物、脓液、血液、尿液等;对氨苄西林、头孢唑啉、复方新诺明、头孢曲松的耐药率依次为99.21%、75.59%、71.65%、63.35%,产ESBLs的检出率为40.95%。结论阴沟汤杆菌耐药率高,呈多种耐药现象。亚胺培南仍为首选药。

Clinical Distribution and Antimicrobial Resistance of Enterobacter Cloacae

Objective To study the clinical distribution and the antimicrobial resistance of Enterobacter cloacae in a hospital. Methods The bacteria from samples which were gathered from respective department between Nov. 2002 and Oct. 2005; they were cultured, isolated and identified with "TIANDIREN" microbial identification system. The antimicrobial sensitivity was detected with test card corresponding to "TIANDIREN" microbial identification system. Results The 127 isolated strains were from respiratory tract, secretion, pus, blood, urine, etc. The resistance rates to ampicillin, cefazolin, TMP/SMZ, ceftriaxone were 99.21%, 75.59%, 71.65%, and 65.36% respectively; 40.95% of these strains produced ESBLs. Conclusion Enterobacter cloacae had high antimicrobial resistance rate and multiple drug resistant strains were common. Imipenem is still the first choice antimicrobial agent.
