四君子汤单味药对家兔离体小肠运动的影响

目的比较四君子汤单味药对离体肠管运动的影响。方法采用自动平衡记录仪记录肠管运动的曲线,观察药物对离体小肠肠管自发活动,乙酰胆碱、氯化钡引起肠管强直性收缩的拮抗作用和肾上腺素引起肠管收缩明显抑制时的拮抗作用。结果①党参、白术、炙甘草对十二指肠的自发活动主要呈抑制性影响,但强度不一致,茯苓的作用不明显。②党参、白术、炙甘草对乙酰胆碱或氯化钡引起的离体肠管强直性收缩有拮抗作用,作用强度依次是炙甘草、党参、白术,茯苓的作用不明显。③党参、白术、茯苓有一定程度的抗肾上腺素作用,甘草无抗肾上腺素作用。结论党参、白术、炙甘草对肠管的运动主要呈抑制性影响,但作用强度有不同,茯苓的作用不明显。

Influence of drugs in Sijunzi decoction on intestinal motility of rabbit in vitro

Objective It is to compare the influence of drugs in Sijunzi decoction on intestinal motility in vitro.Methods The curve of intestinal motility was recorded with autobalance recorder.The influence of drugs on intestinal canal spontaneous movement of small intestine in vitro,the antagonistic effect of intestinal canal tetanic contraction induced by acetylcholine and BaCl2 and the antagonistic effect of intestinal canal contraction obvious inhibition induced by adrenaline were observed.Results ①Dangshen,Baizhu and Zhigancao had inhibitive influence on spontaneous movement of duodenum but the strength was incongruence.The action of Fuling was not obvious.②Dangshen,Baizhu and Zhigancao had antagonistic effect on intestinal canal tetanic contraction in vitro induced by acetylcholine and BaCl2.The action strength in turn was Zhigancao,Dangshen,Baizhu. The action of Fuling was not obvious.③Dangshen,Baizhu and Fuling had definite degree of antagonistic effect on adrenaline except Gancao.Conclusion Dangshen,Baizhu and Zhigancao have inhibitive influence on intestinal motility but the action strength is different.The action of Fuling is not obvious.
