细节管理在ICU病人检查转运中的运用

目的：探讨细节管理在ICU病人检查转运中的实施方法及效果。方法：制定检查转运细节实施方案,对本组96例病人进行检查前告知,转运前充分评估,完善准备,严密观察病人转运中病情变化,不断补充和完善实施方案。结果：方案实施后,检查转运途中无意外伤害、管道脱落,病人满意度提高,病情变化得到及时处理。方案最后形成科室常规和技术操作流程。结论：细节管理的实施,能确保ICU病人检查转运的安全,提高病人满意度,同时彻底改变护士服务理念。

The using of details management in the inspection and conveying of the patient in ICU

Objective:To study the method and effect of using of details management in the inspection and conveying of the patient in ICU.Methods:to make the detail ways of the inspection and conveying,96 cases were informed,sufficient evaluatd,consummate prepared before inspection and conveying.The patient's condition was severe observed,uninterrupted s upply and consummate the executing way during conveying.Results:After the way was enforced,There wasn't accident,tubing defluvium during conveying.The patient were satisfacted gradually.The patient's condition get a manage in time.Finally the way change into a routine of manipulate technique in department.Conclusion:It ensure the patient's safety during inspection and conveying to enforce details management.It increased patient's satisfaction and thoroughly transform nurse's service concept.
