乙型肝炎病毒血清前S1抗原的检测及其临床意义

目的:探讨乙型肝炎病毒与前S1抗原的相关性。方法:采用ELISA检测419例乙型肝炎病毒感染者血清中的前S1抗原。结果:在172例HBeAg阳性标本中前S1抗原阳性的140例,阳性率81.4%;200例HBeAg阴性而抗HBe阳性的标本中前S1抗原阳性的76例,阳性率38.0%;47例HBeAg和抗HBe均阴性的血清中前S1抗原阳性仅10例,阳性率21.3%;前S1抗原在血清学表达上与HBeAg的阳性符合率高达81.4%。结论:乙型肝炎病毒前S1抗原与HBeAg阳性高度相关,血清前S1抗原是乙肝病毒在体内复制的可靠标志。

Pre-S1Ag of Hepatitis B Virus:Its Determination and Clinical Significance

Objective To discuss the recationship between PreS1 and hepatitis B virus. Methods The adoption ELISA determines the PreS1 with 419 cases of the patients of hepatitis B virus in fected in serum. Results The 140 cases of PreS1 antigen positive were found in 76 cases of ones in 200 cases HBeAg negative with Antr HBe positive. Its PreS1 positive rate was 38.0%, only 10 cases were found in serum of the patiens that HBeAg and Antr HBe both were negative. The preseontigen match the rate with HBeAg on the serum learn to express high amount to 81.4%. Conclusions PreS1 Ag of HBV is highly recated to HBeAg. PreS1 is the reeieabee marker of hepatitis B virus.
