EB病毒与复发性阿弗它溃疡的关系

目的 探讨ＥＢ病毒与复发性阿弗它溃疡（ＲＡＵ）的关系。方法 应用聚合酶链反应（ＰＣＲ）技术检测ＲＡＵ患者的怕期粘膜损害、间歇期愈合粘膜标本各８０例的ＥＢＶ－ＤＮＡ，并以６０例健康口腔粘膜作对照。结果 ＥＢＶ－ＤＮＡ的阳性检出率分别是：ＲＡＵ组溃疡期粘膜损害为３９％（３１／８０），明显高于对照组正常粘膜的８％（５／６０）（Ｐ〈０．０５）。间歇期愈合粘膜为１１％（９／８０），低于溃疡期粘膜损害（Ｐ〈０

A study on the association between Epstein-Barr virus and recurrent aphthous ulcer

Objective To investigate the association between Epstein-Barr virus(EBV) and recurrent aphthous ulcer(RAU) Methods Polymerase chain reaction(PCR) was used to detect EBV-DNA in 80 specimens obtained from oral lesions of patients with RAU during ulcerative period,and in 80 specimens of healed mucosa from patients with RAU during remission period.Sixty specimens of normal mucosa from healthy control subjects were also included. Results EBV-DNA was found in 39%(31/80) of the oral lesions specimens, significantly higher than the healthy controls ( P <0.05). EBV-DNA was also found in 11%(9/80) of the healed mucosa specimens, significantly lower than the oral lesions( P <0 05), but close to that of the healthy control( P> 0 05) Conclusion EB viruses are present in oral lesions of RAU and may be associated with ulcerative formation.
