| 摘 要： | 目的：总结未破裂异位妊娠超声护理配合及诊断思路。方法：对2010年3月～2013年11月未破裂异位妊娠98例患者的超声检查资料进行回顾性分析。结果：98例患者均经阴道超声检查并确诊,超声检查与病理诊断符合率95.92%（94/98）。结论：经阴道超声检查及结合血β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素化验检查能够准确诊断未破裂异位妊娠,特异性高,应用安全,可作为诊断未破裂异位妊娠的首选方法。

| Abstract: | Objective：In this paper,This report analysed and summarized the way to diagnose unruptured ectopic pregnancy by transvaginal ultrasound.Methods：98 patients with unruptured ectopic pregnancy were diagnosed by transvaginal ulteasound from March 2010 to November 2013 were analyzed retrospectively.Results：98 patients were diagnosed by transvaginal ultrasound examination and,ultrasound and pathological diagnosis coincidence rate 95.92%（94/98）.Conclusion：Combination transvaginal ultrasound and blood beta HCG tests to diagnose unruptured ectopic pregnancy has high specificity and application security,can be used as the preferred method of diagnose unruptured ectopic pregnancy. |
