质子泵抑制剂及香砂养胃丸联合黛力新治疗非糜烂性反流病临床研究

目的观察质子泵抑制剂（PpI）奥美拉唑、香砂养胃丸联合黛力新（氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片）治疗社区非糜烂性反流病（NERD）的临床疗效及安全性。方法选择2011年3月至2013年9月在该中心门诊及住院诊断为NERD患者共66例，随机分为PPI联合香砂养胃丸治疗组22例，PPI联合黛力新治疗组22例，PPI、香砂养胃丸联合黛力新治疗组22例。采用中国胃食管反流病研究组制定的耐信量表（RDQ）对患者治疗前及治疗12周后症状积分及有效率进行评分。结果经过12周治疗，PPI、香砂养胃丸联合黛力新治疗组总有效率为95．45％，显著高于其他两组（PPI联合香砂养胃丸治疗组为68．18％，PPI联合黛力新治疗组为81．82％），差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；PPI、香砂养胃丸联合黛力新治疗组患者RDQ评分与其他两组比较有显著改善，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。三组不良反应比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉O．05）。结论在PPI、香砂养胃丸治疗基础上加用黛力新能显著改善NERD患者临床症状，提高疗效，改善患者生活质量。

Clinical study of PPI,xiangsha yangwei pills and Deanxit in treating non-erosive reflux disease

Objective To evaluate the safety and effect of omeprazole（OME） as proton pump inhibitor（PPI） and xiang- sha yangwei pills （XSYW）combined with Deanxit in patients with non-erosive reflux disease （NERD）. Methods Totally 66 pa- tients ,who were diagnosed as NERD in Out-patients Department or In-patients Department from March 2011 to September 2013, were randomly divided into the PPI ＋XSYW group （n=22）, PPI ＋Deanxit group （n=22） and PPI ＋XSYW＋Deanxit group （n=22）. The symptom integral and effective rate were evaluated before and 12 weeks after the treatment according to measurement of re flux diagnostic questionnaire（RDQ）designed by China Gastro Esophageal Reflux Disease Group. Results After 12-week treat- ment, the total effective rate in the PPI ＋XSYW＋Deanxit group was 95.5% ,which was significantly higher than that in the other two groups （68.18% in PPI＋XSYW group and 81.82% in PPI＋ Deanxit group） with statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）. The RDQ score in PPI ＋XSYW＋Deanxit group improved more obviously than that in the other two groups with statistically signifi- cant difference （P〈0.05）. The difference of adverse reaction among the three groups had no statistical significance （P〉0.05）. Conclusion For the patients with non-erosive reflux disease,PPI and xiangsha yangwei pills combined with Deanxit can effec- tively better the clinical symptoms, increase the total effective rate and improve the life quality.
