中西医结合治疗常复发性肾病综合征40 例

目的探讨中西医结合在治疗常复发性肾病综合征的价值。方法40例常复发性肾病综合征患者作为治疗组(激素+环磷酰胺+中药),31例常复发性肾病综合征患者作为对照组(激素+环磷酰胺)。观察比较两组治疗后的临床表现、24h尿蛋白定量,血浆白蛋白、肾功能、不良反应发生率、并发症和复发情况。结果治疗后治疗组完全缓解率和总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组24h尿蛋白定量降低、血浆白蛋白升高,均有统计学意义,与对照组比较治疗组变化更为明显(P<0.05),治疗组副作用和并发症较对照组明显减少(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗常复发性肾病综合征,可提高临床疗效,减少副作用和并发症。

The traditional and western medicine treatment of 40 patients with frequent-relapses nephrotic syndrome

Objective To study the therapeutic efficacy of combined traditional and western medicine in frequent-relapses nephrotic syndrome patients.Methods Seventy-one patients with frequent-relapses nephrotic syndrome(NS) were divided randomly into treatment group (n=40) and control group (n=31). The treatment group with 40 patients were received managed with traditional Chinese medicine, prednisone and cyclophosphamide. The control group with 31 patients were received prednisone and cyclophosphamide therapy. Clinical features, 24 h urinary protein value, plasma albumin, renal function, mobidity of side-effect, complications, and relapses were observed in two groups before and after treatment, respectively. Results Complete remission and total effective rate in treatment group were superior to that in control group after treatment(P<0.05). Decreased 24h urinary protein value and increased serum albumin were observed and there were significant differences respectively after treatment. But the changes in treatment group were more obvious(P<0.05). Side-effects and complications in treatment group markedly decreased than that in control group.Conclusion Combined therapy with traditional and western medicine improve the effect of clinical therapy and reduce side-effect and complications.
