| 摘 要： | 人免疫缺陷病毒（human immunodeficiency virus,HIV）是在全球广泛流行并导致严重危害的人类病原体,是由非人灵长类动物免疫缺陷病毒（simian immunodeficiency virus,SIV）跨种传播给人类并进化而来的。本文介绍了SIV跨种传播进化为多种HIV毒株的科学发现及跨种传播病毒在新型宿主中的适应性进化,分析了这些发现的科学和公共卫生意义。

| Abstract: | Human immunodeficiency virus (HIV)is a kind of widespread human pathogen in the world. The emergence of HIVs resulted from multiple transmissions and diversification of SIV from nonhuman primates to humans. In this paper, the findings on the transmission of immunodeficiency virus from Chimpanzees to humans and the adaptive evolution in the new host are reviewed, and the significance for science and public health is discussed. |
