| 摘 要： | 目的：利用正畸方法导萌阻生尖牙。方法：根据埋伏尖牙牙根发育情况以及临床检查，分析埋伏尖牙阻生原因，运用外科翻瓣导萌术，结合方丝弓矫治技术直接黏接托槽牵引导萌阻生尖牙。结果：15例埋伏尖牙均排入牙列内。结论：利用颌内垂直牵引阻生尖牙，不仅保存了尖牙，尖牙牙周附着良好，的确是一种有效的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective: Impacted Upper Canin Tooth is erupted with orthodontics.Methods: Acording to growth of impacted canie tooth and check up,To analyze reason of submerged canie tooth. Impacted canine tooth bonded bracket is erupted with edgewise appliane and flap operation.Results: 15 canine teeth are all erupted and in dentia.Conclusion: It is a usual way to tract imparted canine teeth with internal Maxillary traction .Because with this way ,canine tooth can be reserved, periodontal attachment is well. |
