| 摘 要： | 目的探讨羧甲淀粉钠治疗小儿口腔炎的临床效果。方法74例患者被随机分为实验组(n=38)和对照组(n=36),对照组给予思密达治疗,实验组给予羧甲淀粉钠和利多卡因治疗。结果两组在总有效方面无显著性差异(P>0.05),但在痊愈率方面有显著性差异(P<0.05)。对照组为66.7%,实验组达到86.8%,实验组显著优于对照组。结论羧甲淀粉钠联合利多卡因治疗小儿口腔炎安全有效,且能显著提高治疗效果,值得在临床上应用和推广。
