医用针头手工清洗与压力蒸汽灭菌效果的检测

为了解医用针头手工清洗与压力蒸汽灭菌的效果,进行了隐血与无菌试验。结果,注射针头、腰穿针头、骨穿针头、胸穿针头的隐血试验均为阴性;无菌试验中腰穿针头有菌率较高,胸穿针头、骨穿针头(?)之。注射针头均无菌。此与细长且腔狭窄针头不易洗净与干燥而影响灭菌效果有关。

EXAMINATION OF EFFICACY OF MANUAL WASHING AND AUTOCLAVING IN STERILIZATION OF MEDICAL NEEDLES

In order to know the efficacy of manual washing and autoclaving in sterilization of medical needles, occult blood and sterility tests were carried out. The results showed that the occult blood test for injection needles, lumbar puncture needles, bone puncture needles and thorax puncture needles was negative. Sterility test found that the bacterial contamination rate was relatively high in lumbar puncture needles and next high in thorax puncture needles and bone puncture needles, while the injection needles were sterile. The results indicate that the low sterilization efficacy for long and thin needles with narrow lumen was related to difficulty of cleaning and drying.
