脱钙骨基质/纤维蛋白凝胶复合体在兔骨关节软骨损伤修复中的作用

摘    要:目的 探讨脱钙骨基质/纤维蛋白凝胶复合体在新西兰大白兔骨关节软骨损伤修复中的意义。方法 12只兔随机分为两组,每组6只,观察组兔膝关节内植入复合支架材料,另对照组6只体内注射等量生理盐水。结果 实验组兔软骨缺损区充填充分,修复后的软骨组织呈现半透明、乳白色,色泽圆润、表面光滑,且Wa-kitani评分显著优于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论 脱钙骨基质/纤维蛋白凝胶复合支架可用于关节软骨缺损的修复。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the role of decalcified bone matrix/fibrin glue compound in repair of New Zealand white rabbit articular cartilage defects . Methods 12 rabbits were randomly divided into two groups:experimental group and blank control group ,6 rabbits in each group. Decalcified bone matrix/fibrin glue compound rests were implanted into the articular cartilage of experimental group and physiological saline was injected into blank control group. Resuflts The articular cartilage defects of experimental group were fully filled and the repaired cartilaginous tissue presented as translucent, milky white, bright luster and ganoid. Moreover, the Wakitani scores of experimental group was significantly better than that of blank control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The decalcified bone matrix / fibrin glue compound can be used for repair of articular cartilage defects.
