摘    要:目的 探讨纤维蛋白凝胶/血管内皮生长因子复合体在新西兰兔坐骨神经损伤后的功能恢复中的作用。方法 将12只新西兰兔分成两组,每组6只,实验组给予纤维蛋白凝胶/血管内皮生长因子复合体治疗,对照组给予血管内皮生长因子基因转染治疗,分别于治疗后第3、6、9周比较两组大体观察、坐骨神经功能指数、微血管计数等指标改善情况。结果连续观察9周后,实验组新西兰兔大体观察、坐骨神经功能指数、微血管计数等指标均明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论纤维蛋白凝胶/血管内皮生长因子复合体能够有效促进新西兰兔坐骨神经损伤后的功能修复。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effect of fibrin glue/vascular endothelial growth factor compound on the sciatic nerve injury recovery in New Zealand rabbits. Methods 12 rabbits were divided into two groups: experimental group and blank control group,6 rabbits in each group. The experimental group was treated with fibrin glue/vascular endothelial growth factor compound, and the blank control group was treated with vascular endothelial growth factor gene transfection. After 3,6 and 9 weeks, record the general observation, the sciatic nerve function index, the microvessel counts and other indicators related were compared. Results After 9 weeks of continuous observation, the general observation, the sciatic nerve function index, the microvessel counts and other related indicators in experimental group were significantly better than those of blank control group, and the diffences had statistical significance ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Fibrin glue/vascular endothelial growth factor compound can effectively promote the recovery of the injured sciatic nerve in New Zealand rabbits.
