臭氧与硬膜外阻滞联合治疗带状疱疹神经痛20例临床观察

目的 探讨臭氧、硬膜外阻滞及臭氧联合硬膜外阻滞治疗带状疱疹神经痛的临床疗效。方法 观察60例带状疱疹神经痛患者，比较臭氧、硬膜外阻滞及臭氧联合硬膜外阻滞3种不同方法治疗带状疱疹神经痛疼痛缓解程度（VAS评分）。结果 臭氧、硬膜外阻滞疗法两组疼痛评分改变值和疗程的差异不具有统计学意义（P〉0．05），臭氧联合硬膜外阻滞疗法较单纯运用臭氧或硬膜外阻滞疗法对疼痛评分改变值和治疗疗程的差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论 臭氧、硬膜外阻滞及臭氧联合硬膜外阻滞治疗对带状疱疹神经痛均有疗效，但联合治疗对缓解带状疱疹神经痛作用更强、疗程更短。

Clinical Observation on Efficacy of Ozone Combined with Epidural Anesthesia in Treatment of Herpes Zoster Neuralgia

Objective To explore the clinical effect of ozone, epidural blockade and ozone combined with epidural block therapy on herpes zoster neuralgia. Methods 60 cases of herpes zoster neuralgia patients were randomly divided into three groups and VAS score was adopted to compare the therapeutic effect. Results The pain score had no significant difference between Ozone group and epidural block therapy group （ P 〉 0. 05 ）, however, the pain score of ozone combined with epidural block therapy group was obvious reduced as compared to ozone group or epidural block therapy group alone （P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusion The efficacy of ozone combined and epidural blockade for herpes zoster neuralgia is stronger and the course of treatment is shorter than ozone or epidural blockade alone.
