糖皮质激素对鼻息肉组织中IL-5、IL-13表达的影响

目的探讨糖皮质激素（地塞米松）治疗对鼻息肉组织中IL-5、IL-13表达的影响。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法检测IL-5和IL-13在鼻息肉组织中的表达,HPIAL-2000型彩色全自动图像分析仪进行阳性细胞吸收度测定,对激素治疗前后的差异进行分析。结果 IL-5、IL-13在鼻息肉黏膜上皮细胞、血管内皮细胞、腺上皮细胞、黏膜下浸润炎性细胞均有阳性表达。激素治疗后,IL-5、IL-13表达均显著降低。治疗前后差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论全身应用糖皮质激素治疗能够抑制鼻息肉组织中Th2类细胞因子IL-5、IL-13的表达从而有效减轻鼻息肉的嗜酸性粒细胞炎症反应症状。

Effects of Corticosteroid on the Expression of IL-5,IL-13 in Nasal Polyps

Objective To study the effect of corticosteroid on the expression of IL-5 and IL-13 in nasal polyps. Methods The SP immunohistochemical method was applied to detect the expression of IL-5 and IL-13 in nasal polyps before and after corticosteroids treatment and the optical density of positive cells was measured by HPIAL-2000 image analysis system.Results The expression of IL-5 and IL-13 was positive in mucosal epithelia,vascular endothelium,glandular epithelium and inflammatory cells.After treatment with corticosteroid,the expression of IL-5 and IL-13 in mucosal epithelia,inflammatory cells,glandular epithelium and vascular endothelium was remarkably decreased,and there was significant difference as compared to pre-treated group（P0.05）. Conclusion The expression of IL-5 and IL-13 in nasal polyp was positive.Inhibiting the expression of IL-5,IL-13 in nasal polyps,reducing recruitment and activation of eosinophile and relieving eosinophile inflammatory reaction in nasal polyps may be one of mechanisms of systemic corticosteroid therapy for nasal polyps.
