无痛人流术前应用不同剂量米索前列醇的临床观察

为解决用于人工流产手术麻醉的异丙酚无宫颈松弛作用的缺陷 ,减少人工流产术中宫颈问题给手术带来的困难及并发症 ,于人工流产术前 2h给受术者口服米索前列醇 2 0 0 μg或 4 0 0 μg。结果用药组手术中比未用药组宫颈明显松弛 ,解决了人工流产手术中宫颈扩张困难的问题 ,降低了异丙酚麻醉下手术的风险 ,是异丙酚麻醉下人工流产术一种很好的辅助方法 ,值得推广 ;同时对术前的用药剂量、给药时间进行了探讨

Study on Different Dosages of Misoprostol in Painless Induced Abortion

Induced abortion with propofol anaesthesia avoids patients from pain, it is a safe and effectual method to terminate pregnancy. However, propofol can not make cervix uteri relax, so the difficulties and complications from cervix uteri in induced abortion can not be resolved. In this study, the dosages and time of taking misoprostol orally before operation was studied further. It was proved that cervix uteri in experiment groups was much flabbier than that in control group, if women took misoprostol 200 μg or 400 μg orally 2 h before the operation. The effect was obvious. The method is worth popularizing.
