蒙脱石联合双歧杆菌四联活菌治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征疗效观察

目的：探讨蒙脱石联合双歧杆菌四联活菌治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的疗效和安全性。方法：将56例腹泻型肠易激综合征患者随机分为两组,治疗组28例,给予蒙脱石3.0g,3次/d,加双歧杆菌四联活菌片1.5g,3次/d口服;对照组28例,给予单剂蒙脱石3.0g,3次/d,口服。两组1个疗程均为2周。结果：治疗组有效率为92.9%,对照组为71.4%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：蒙脱石联合双歧杆菌四联活菌治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征有较好疗效,且无明显副作用。

The observation of montmorillonite combined with viable bifidobacterium quadruple in the treatment of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome

Objective：To explore the effect and security of montmorillonite combined with viable bifidobacterium quadruple in the treatment of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome.Methods：56 patients with diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group had 28 cases who were given montmorillonite 3.0 g,3 times/d,plus four joint viable bifidobacterium quadruple film 1.5 g,3 times/d;the control group had 28 patients who were received a single dose of montmorillonite 3.0 g,3 times/d,the treatment courses of the two groups were 2 weeks.Results：The effective rate of the treatment group was 92.9%,and the control group was 71.4%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：The montmorillonite combined with viable bifidobacterium quadruple in the treatment of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome has a good effect,and has no obvious side effects.
