| 摘 要： | 目的:分析脑性瘫痪及其合并癫痫的易患因素和预后,以发现规律,指导临床。方法:对232例脑瘫病例临床资料、影像和脑电图进行分析总结。Logistic回归分析脑瘫发生癫痫的危险因素。分析脑瘫类型与癫痫的发生、起病、癫痫控制难易的关系。结果:脑瘫合并癫痫发病率为25.9%,痉挛型四肢瘫最多受累。癫痫的发生与脑瘫的类型、影像改变和脑电图异常有统计学意义;癫痫的起病早晚及控制难易与脑瘫类型有关。结论:脑瘫是否合并癫痫以及合并癫痫的预后主要与脑瘫类型有关,即脑的受损部位和范围。
