急诊信息系统在护理工作中的应用及体会

目的探讨急诊信息系统在护理工作中的应用价值及效果。方法回顾性总结、分析4年来本院急诊信息系统在护理工作各个环节中的应用，对比实施前后患者满意度、护患纠纷发生率及护理差错发生率等指标。结果应用急诊信息系统前后患者满意度、护患纠纷及护理差错发生率的差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0．05），其中实施急诊信息系统后患者满意度显著提高，护患纠纷发生率及护理差错发生率明显下降。结论应用急诊信息系统保证了护理管理工作向规范化、现代化发展，从而减少护患纠纷和护理差错的发生。

Experience of applying emergency information system in nursing service

Objective To probe into the application value and effect of the emergency information system (EIS) in nursing service. Methods The application of EIS in all nursing links in recent four years was retrospectively summarized and analyzed. The satisfaction degree of patients to the nurses, the rates of nurse-patient disputes and the rates of nursing errors before and after its application were compared. Result The satisfaction degree of patients before implication were significantly increased and the rates of nurse-patient disputes and nursing errors obviously decreased, compared to pre-implication (all P < 0.05). Conclusion Application of EIS can ensure the modernized and standardized development of nursing management and may reduce nurse-patient disputes and nursing errors.
