| 摘 要： | [目的]分析住院病人医疗收费中存在的问题并研究其解决方法。[方法]抽查2005年6月—2005年12月500份病历以及2006年1月—2008年12月科室设置物价员后500份病历,对收费存在问题进行统计,分析其分布状况及产生的原因,比较科室设置物价员前后产生收费问题的差异。[结果]设置物价员前500份病历中,有收费错误的296份,占59.2%。设置物价员后的500份病历中出现收费问题的有82份,占16.4%。[结论]科室设置物价管理员在保证医疗收费管理质量方面发挥着重要作用,防止出现多收费、错收或漏收费现象,有效地保证医疗收费的准确性。
