| 摘 要： | 目的了解医学本科生的生活质量及影响因素,为采取有效干预措施提供参考.方法采用世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表WHOQOL-BREF（中文版）,对云南某高校在读医学本科生324名进行生活质量调查.结果不同性别和生活费来源的医学生生活质量有差异;多元回归分析发现,医学本科生生活质量的主要影响因素有年龄、就业压力、生活费来源、每月花费和学习压力.结论学校应根据不同性别、不同情况的学生,有针对性地采取各种措施全面提高医学生生活质量.

| Abstract: | Objective To understand the quality of life and the influencing factors among medical undergraduate students and to provide basis for adopting effective intervention measures.Method The WHOQOL-BREF questionnaire survey was conducted among 324 medical undergraduate students.Result The different QOL was found between students with the different gender and different conditions;Multi-factor analysis indicated that age,employment stress,life source,monthly spend and study stress were main influencing factors of QOL of medical students.Conclusion School should take different measures to different medical students to improve QOL of them. |
