乳腺癌针吸细胞学诊断与病理组织学诊断对比分析

目的:探讨针吸细胞学诊断乳腺癌的准确性。方法:针吸细胞学检查乳腺癌306例,其检查结果与病理组织学检查结果对照。结果:306例中301例针吸细胞学诊断为乳腺癌与病理组织学诊断结果一致、3例针吸细胞学诊断为良性病变而病理组织学诊断为乳腺癌、2例细胞学诊断为乳腺癌而病理组织学诊断为良性病变,符合率为98.37%(301/306),假阴性0.98%(3/306),假阳性0.65%(2/306)。结论:本组资料显示针吸细胞学检查诊断乳腺癌的准确性较高,是乳腺癌的重要筛查和诊断方法。

Contrastive study of the two methods_FNAC and histopathology in the diagnosis of mammary carcinoma

Objective:To discuss the veracity of Fine deedl Aspiration cytology(FNAC) in diagnosis of mammary carcinoma.Methods:306 cases were reviewed and compared by using two methods_FNAC and histopathology.Results:301 cases were diagnosed as mammary carcinoma by FNAC, the result of FNAC was consistent with the one of histopathology, 3 cases which were diagnosed as benign tumors by FNAC were approved as cancer, 2 cases which were diagnosed as mammary carcinoma by FNAC were approved as benign tumors. Comparing with histopathdogy , the veracity of FNAC was 98.37%, false appositive was 0.98%, and false negative was 0.65%.Conclusion:The data display that the FNAC has a high veracity for the diagnosis of mammary carcinoma, so FNAC is a important measure in the filtration and diagnosis of mammary carcinoma.
