| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨稳心颗粒联用阿替洛尔治疗频发室性早搏的临床疗效。方法:将入选74例病人随机分为三组,治疗组(25例)口服稳心颗粒及阿替洛尔片,对照组A(24例)口服阿替洛尔片,对照组B(25例)口服稳心颗粒,疗程均为4周。结果:总有效率治疗组为92.0%,对照组A为62.5%,对照组B为64.0%,治疗组与对照组A、对照组B比较有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组中阿替洛尔用量较对照组A少。结论:稳心颗粒和阿替洛尔联用治疗频发室性早搏疗效可靠,副作用少,并可减少阿替洛尔的药量,值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To probe the clinical effect of treating frequent ventricular extrasystole with Wenxin Granule and Atenolol tablet.Methods:74 patients were divided into 3 groups randomly.
