| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨肠易激综合征的治疗方法。方法 将 312例IBS患者随机分为对照组 86例和治疗组 2 2 6例。对照组采用乳酸菌素类和多酶片治疗 ,治疗组在对照组基础上加用息斯敏。结果 治疗组 2 0 3例 (89.8% )患者症状完全缓解 ;17例 (7.5 % )显效 ,6例 (2 .7% )无效 ,与对照组相比有显著性差异。结论 息斯敏可作为治疗肠易激综合征一种药物

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the method of treatment of IBS.Method 312 patients were randomly divided into the control group(86 patients) treated with DPP tablet,lacidophilin and the treatment group(226 patients) added astemizole tablet in addition to the above method of the control group.Results The symptoms of 203 patients(89.8%) in the treatment group were complete remission,17 patients(7.5%) were effective.6 patients(2.7%) were ineffective.There was a significant difference between two groups.Conclusion Astemizole tablet may be served as a drug to treat IBS. |
